These Terms of Service govern your use of Vetro, a peer-to-peer marketplace for second-hand goods in Kosovo.
1. Using Vetro
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for all activity under your account.
2. Listings and prohibited items
Weapons, illegal substances, live animals and stolen property may not be listed. This includes counterfeit, replica, or otherwise trademark- or intellectual-property-infringing items — listing goods that infringe another party's trademark, copyright, patent or other IP rights is strictly prohibited, regardless of how the item is described (e.g. "inspired by", "replica", "AAA quality"). Vetro may hide, edit or remove any listing that breaks these rules, and may suspend the account of a seller who repeatedly lists infringing or counterfeit goods.
3. Transactions between users
Vetro does not process payments, hold funds or guarantee any transaction. Buyers and sellers deal directly with each other and are solely responsible for the outcome.
4. Account suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that post spam, abuse other members or repeatedly violate these terms.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Vetro after an update means you accept the revised terms.
6. Reporting intellectual property infringement
If you are a trademark or brand owner, copyright holder, or their authorized representative, and believe a specific listing infringes your intellectual property rights (for example, a counterfeit or replica item), you may submit a takedown notice to support@vetro.app. Please include: (1) your name and your relationship to the rights holder; (2) a direct link to the listing in question; (3) a description of the trademark, copyright or other right you believe is being infringed; and (4) a good-faith statement that the listing is unauthorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law. We aim to review complete notices promptly and, where a report is verified, will typically remove or hide the listing pending further review. Knowingly submitting a false or bad-faith infringement notice is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
